Gender Affirming Care Assessments and Support
Are you or someone you care about seeking a gender affirming care assessment as part of accessing medical transition services? I provide thoughtful, individualized assessments in a supportive and affirming environment.
My goal is to ensure that each person feels seen, respected, and empowered in their gender journey. I strive to provide my clients with all of the support they need in the process of navigating obtaining gender affirming care. I follow best practices informed by WPATH Standards of Care and offer:
Assessments for hormone therapy or surgical interventions
Letters of support written promptly and respectfully
Trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally competent care
Collaboration with healthcare providers, when requested
I understand the importance of care that is affirming—not gatekeeping. Whether it is a one time assessment needed for a letter or ongoing support in this area, I am here for you and will do my absolute best to help in any way I can. Whether you're ready to take the next step or just exploring options, I’m here to support you with clarity and compassion.
Relationship (Couples) Counseling
Although I am able to see people who are in romantic relationships with each other/others and have a training background in relationship’ counseling, I only hold a few openings for romantic partners. If you are interested in this service, please email or call me to ask whether or not I am taking romantic partners on at that time. If my relationships counseling slots are full, I can refer you to another clinician for this service.
ADHD and/or Autism Testing/Assessment
Are you or a loved one struggling with focus, organization, impulsivity, or feeling socially or emotionally out of sync with others? ADHD and autism can impact daily life, relationships, and overall functioning in ways that aren’t always easy to identify or explain. If you’ve been wondering whether one—or both—may be affecting you, you’re not alone.
Through comprehensive ADHD and autism assessments, I provide a thorough, individualized evaluation to help you better understand what you’re experiencing. This process is designed not only to determine whether a diagnosis may be present, but also to clarify the specific challenges you’re facing and how they show up in your day-to-day life. From there, we work together to explore practical, personalized solutions.
Throughout my training and years in practice, I’ve conducted a wide range of comprehensive mental health assessments. At the same time, I understand that many people are looking for clarity around ADHD and/or autism specifically—without going through an overly broad or lengthy evaluation process. That’s why I offer a focused, tailored approach that centers on your unique concerns while still using evidence-based tools to ensure an accurate, meaningful diagnosis and clear recommendations.
Getting tested for ADHD and/or autism can be a powerful first step toward better understanding yourself, improving your quality of life, and making informed decisions about next steps—whether that’s treatment, accommodations, or personal growth. I’ll guide you through the process in a way that feels collaborative, supportive, and grounded in your individual needs.
I know psychological testing can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make this process as straightforward and approachable as possible, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. Don’t let uncertainty hold you back—schedule a free consultation to learn more about ADHD and autism testing and take the next step toward meaningful change.

Individual therapy sessions generally cost the standard $180 for 50 minutes. However, I will consider a sliding scale fee for those facing financial hardships. Rates for relationship (couples) counseling sessions vary depending on the length of the session as the typical couples session is 80 minutes. ADHD/Autism assessments are a flat fee of $1050 regardless of time needed as this varies depending on whether additional assessment measures are needed to clarify diagnosis.
What type of payment do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards are accepted.
What does the first therapy session look like?
For our first appointment, we will go over all of the paperwork together and sign documents needed. We then can spend more time discussing your concerns, needs, and goals for therapy. Then we can collaboratively build a plan for your path to healing and thriving.
Why online therapy (teletherapy)?
Online therapy gives you the benefits of traditional therapy plus the unique benefits of convenience. People have busy lives and it often can be hard to take time for yourself. But, you deserve protected time focused on your self growth.
With therapy provided through telehealth video sessions, you can meet with me from the convenience of your home or any other location of your choosing.
Telehealth has the following unique benefits:
- All you need is 50 minutes! It eliminates travel time when you can just find a location you're comfortable in.
- There is a lot more flexibility so you can take a lunch hour for therapy, between meetings or class, and before and after work. Because of the flexibility for me as well, I'm able to provide therapy in hours outside of the typical 8 - 5 work day.
- There is more access to the quality of care that you deserve. You aren't limited geographically to therapists that may not specialize in specific care you may need. You can work with me from anyone in the state of Pennsylvania eliminating the problem of finding a specialist in your area.
- Teletherapy has been researched more extensively in the past few years and meta-studies have found that teletherapy is just as effective as face to face therapy.
